  • WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR TRAVELING ON BUS?
  • Passengers are not allowed to consume food and drinks that could muddle the vehicle or other passengers, to drink alcoholic beverages or smoke (including electronic cigarettes) during the trip.

  • HOW TO BUY A TICKET?
  • You can buy tickets in a way convenient for you:

    – -10% discount in the mobile application

    – at our support operators 24/7

    – in waiting rooms at bus stations in Kyiv and in Poltava

    Discounts are applied for regular customers, military personnel, children and group orders. Book round trip tickets and save your money.

  • WHAT TICKETS DO PASSENGERS RECEIVE?
  • When purchasing a ticket via mobile application and on the website, a link to the electronic ticket is sent in SMS. You do not need to print tickets to get on the bus. Passengers who have booked a seat through the contact center will receive their ticket during the journey from the driver or in the lounge (upon request).

    Passengers receive a standard ticket for travel on public routes, the form of which is approved by the Order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 503 dated May 25, 2006. The price, information about the carrier, insurer and sum insured are entered in the ticket in printed form.

  • HOW TO RETURN A TICKET?
  • Mobile app users can return a ticket or reschedule a booking at any time. Support service is available 24/7 to return a ticket or to cancel booking.

    Funds for the purchased or booked passenger transportation service are to be returned to the Customer in the amount and in the manner as follows:

    — if the customer requests a refund 24 hours before the date of the booked departure – full amount is returned, except for fees and other payments made when booking the ticket;

    — if the client contacts within a period of time from 24 hours to 6 hours before departure, 50% of the reservation amount is returned, except for fees and other payments made when booking a ticket;

    — if the client contacts less than 6 hours before departure, 20% of the booking amount is returned, except for fees and other payments made when booking a ticket (clause 4.5 of the Public Offer Agreement).

    Refunds for purchased services in the following directions: Lublin, Radom, Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Ostrava, Olomouc, Brno, Jihlava, Prague, Budapest, Vienna, Berlin, Magdeburg, Braunschweig, Hanover, Bielefeld, Dortmund, Essen, Duisburg, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Dresden, Chemnitz, Zwickau, Hof, Bayreuth, Nuremberg, Ingolstadt, Munich, Augsburg, Ulm and Stuttgart are carried out at the rates of partner carriers.

  • WHERE DO THE ZELENYI SLON 7 BUSES GO?
  • Every two hours, comfortable Zelenyi Slon 7 buses depart on routes as follows: Kyiv – Kharkiv and Kharkiv – Kyiv

    Comfortable, reliable and safe transfer from Kyiv to the cities as follows: Kharkiv, Poltava, Boryspil, Berezan, Yahotyn, Oleksiivka, Pyriatyn, Vyly, Mhar, Pokrovska Bahachka, Khorol, Podil, Krasnohorivka, Reshetylivka, Chutove, Snizhkiv, Valky and Pisochyn, Kharkiv. A stop at Boryspil airport is temporarily not carried out.

  • WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR TRAVELING FOR CHILDREN?
  • Zelenyi Slon 7 company is always glad to see children among our passengers. Every bus has a car seat. There is a discount system for small clients.

    In accordance with paragraph 7, clause 159 of the Resolution No. 176, a bus passenger has the right to take with him/her one child under 6 free of charge without the right to take a separate seat. That is, one adult has the right to carry one child under 6 free of charge, while holding him/her in his/her arms or on his/her knees.

    Children under 14 are transported only upon the consent of parents (adoptive parents), guardians and accompanied by them or accompanied by persons authorized by them. Passengers traveling with children under 12 are recommended to book seats starting from the fourth row of the bus. Children over 14 are allowed to travel unaccompanied by adults.

  • ARE THERE ANY DELAYS IN THE TRIPS?
  • There is a schedule for bus arrivals at intermediate and final points. The passenger independently chooses the departure time, while the carrier does not guarantee timely arrival at transfer points for other trips and transport and is not responsible for deviations from the schedule, untimely delivery of the vehicle resulting from force majeure (including, but not limited to: weather conditions, traffic jams, actions of government agencies, in case of detours and other reasons beyond the control of the carrier, as well as the actions of the passengers affecting the fulfillment of obligations) or other circumstances (technical problems with the bus on the way to the place of departure), which the Carrier could not foresee nor prevent despite the measures taken.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND A PACKAGE BY BUS?
  • According to the company’s rules, baggage without a passenger will not be accepted for transportation.

  • WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR PETS TRANSPORTING ON A BUS?
  • Transportation of pets is possible only in a special carrying box in the luggage compartment or in the bus cabin. Animals up to 10 kg can be transported inside the bus in a special carrying box, subject to an additional payment. If one passenger is traveling, you shall buy a ticket for the animal to sit next to it in order not to disturb other passengers. If two or more passengers are traveling, the surcharge for transporting an animal is 50% of the ticket price. It is prohibited to release animals from the box inside the bus.

  • WHO IS A VIP CLIENT?
  • We love our regular customers very much, so we have a loyalty system:

    Each client who has made 100 or more trips automatically receives VIP status.

    For passengers making from 100 to 299 trips, there is a permanent discount of -20% and every 10th trip is free of charge. From the 300th trip and more there is 30% discount on an ongoing basis.

    *The VIP client discount is personal and is valid when booking through the contact center on Kharkiv – Poltava – Kyiv and Kyiv – Poltava – Kharkov routes.

  • REASONS TO DENY PASSENGER TO TRAVEL?
  • The bus driver has the right not to allow passengers to travel who:

    – are under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

    – violate public order;

    – carry dangerous goods, including flammable and explosive goods, which can muddle the vehicle or the clothes of passengers.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET OFF AT THE STOP NOT LISTED IN THE SCHEDULE?
  • Debussing and loading of passengers at stops not designated along the route is prohibited.

  • WILL THE BUS WAIT FOR PASSENGERS WHO ARE 5-10 MINUTES LATE?
  • No. Our company’s buses depart on time, according to schedule, without waiting. We care about the comfort and time of our passengers. We recommend to arrive at the boarding point in advance so that you can check in your luggage and take your seat on the bus without worry or haste.

  • WHAT HOURS IS THE CITY COLLECTION SERVICE OPEN?
  • For passengers traveling from Poltava to Kyiv at night, Zelenyi Slon 7 offers the “City Pickup” service – the bus will pick you up from a public transport stop at night. The service is valid for departures at 2:00 AM, 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

  • DO I NEED TO PRINT A TICKET?
  • To get on the bus it is not necessary to print a ticket; it will be enough to show it in digital form.

  • ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS? HOW TO SAVE MONEY?
